Position Overview
We are hiring Licensed Psychologists (LP) to provide:
  • Individual therapy
  • Brief diagnostic evaluations
  • Optional specialty services aligned with your interests
Clinicians maintain a stable caseload through consistent scheduling, timely communication, and reliable use of practice systems. HPS provides a steady flow of referrals and strong administrative support; clinicians contribute to long-term caseload stability through professional communication, relationship-building, and dependable follow-through.

Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
  • LP license in Michigan
  • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults, children/adolescents, or both
  • Private practice experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic formulation and clinical decision-making skills
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent with documentation and scheduling
  • Ability to build and sustain a stable caseload with practice support
Schedule & Compensation
  • Choose 32 or 40 hours per week
  • No evenings or weekends required
  • $100,000–$120,000 annually, based on schedule, license, and experience
